Lodge a Return

Before initiating a return, please review this Policy to ensure your item qualifies—some exclusions apply.

Eligibility for Returns

Returns must be initiated within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unused, and in original packaging.

While we want you to love every piece, the following items are not eligible for return due to hygiene, customization, or promotional conditions. Under Australian consumer law, returns will be accepted if an item is deemed faulty due to a manufacturing issue.

Items excluded from return:

  • Earrings (for hygiene reasons)
  • Bespoke or engraved pieces
  • Soldered items
  • Sale items
  • Mystery, lucky-dip, or free gifts
  • Promotional items
  • Charity pieces



Damaged or Defective Items

We take great care in preparing your order, but if something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help. Please inspect your items upon arrival and contact us immediately if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect.

To assist our team in resolving the issue swiftly, kindly email us with:

  • Clear photos of the item(s)
  • Your order number in the subject line

We’ll review your request and guide you through the next steps to make it right.

 


Refunds

Once your parcel reaches our studio, please allow 1–3 business days for processing. During peak periods (like sales), this may extend to up to 7 days—thank you for your patience!

Depending on your chosen postage method, parcels may take 2–15 business days to arrive. All updates will be sent via email, so please check your junk/spam folders just in case.
