When not worn, store your pieces in a soft pouch or lined jewelry box to prevent scratches or tangling. Keeping jewelry separated avoids unnecessary friction between different materials.
03. Clean Gently
To clean your jewelry, use a soft, dry, lint-free cloth. Gently wipe to remove oils or dust. Avoid using harsh cleaning agents or ultrasonic cleaners unless specified as safe for the material.

Free Standard Shipping: Enjoy free shipping across Australia on all orders over $99 AUD. This discount is automatically applied at checkout.
Orders under $99: For smaller orders, shipping rates (including New Zealand) are calculated at checkout after any discounts or promotions are applied.
Need it faster? We offer Australia Post Express for those who can’t wait to wear their new pieces. Select the Express option at checkout to view the rate for your location.
When Will My Order Be Dispatched?
We aim to get your order to you as quickly as possible! All orders are typically processed and dispatched from our Sydney Studio within 1-2 business days. You'll receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed, and another email with tracking details once it has shipped.
Estimated Delivery Time
Once dispatched, you can generally expect your order to arrive within these timeframes:
Standard Shipping: 3-7 business days - Please note that delivery to regional and remote areas of Australia may take a little longer.
Express Shipping: Next-business-day delivery is available within the Express Post network if posted before cut-off (usually 4pm weekdays). Outside the network, parcels are delivered as quickly as possible using priority transport.

Tracking Your Order
